Superb quality and quick shipping!

I really adore this company! I got a Vivienne Westwood shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas, but it turned out to be too small. I reached out to them, and they promptly sent me the next size up. It was all very straightforward and hassle-free. Sadly, it still didn’t fit (those Vivienne Westwood shirts are just small these days, unfortunately), but Retro Design took the shirt back without any trouble and processed a full refund. Last year, I had a similar issue with Harvey Nichols, and they wouldn’t give me a refund, so I’m not going back there. On the other hand, I’m all in for RETRO DESIGN; they’ve got fantastic options, and I’ll definitely be shopping there again soon. Plus, the staff are super friendly and really helpful!

This is a complete scam, and they are really rude when talking to frustrated customers.

AVOID THIS SELLER. I tried to purchase a Valentino bag two times, and both times they claimed they couldn’t confirm my card but still charged me. Super untrustworthy. I found the same bag from another seller for £6 less. Just steer clear.
